Before we could leave the hospital, we were informed that we would need to buy a special car seat for Hayden since he weighed less than 5 lbs. The bad thing was that he would only need it for a few weeks. It's the
weirdest looking thing. Not sure how it's more safe, but what do I know!

We had our first experience with jaundice the day after he got home from the hospital. He had to be on the
bililight for 4 days. It was a perfect excuse to just sit and hold him all day!

Hayden got down to 4 lbs. 11.5 oz. At his 2 week check-up, he was up to 5 lbs. 3 oz. His clothes are all so big on him. But I love that he is so little! The little newborn stage will just last that much longer and that makes me happy.

He is just so tiny! So precious.
How can a tiny new baby look so wise? Hope things are going well and that the car seat/orange box didn't cost too much.
Looks like Hayden is doing well. Good news.
What a cute little guy! I can't wait to see and hold him in December!
Looks like you had another round of fun birthdays. I like the surprises. Todd has great cake making skills! My math probably would not have added up.
